Jungle Bee, Inc. is a reservation service provided via an online platform, website and distribution network that allows users to find, purchase and reserve various tours, excursions and activities known as “Products” provided by third party tour companies and guides known as “Service providers”.

In this user agreement, Jungle Bee, Inc. is referred to with the following terms “Junglebee”, “We”, “Our”. The customer or user of any of Jungle Bee, Inc. services, online platform and website will be referred as “You”.

You, by using any of our services, website or booking a Product, are agreeing to our terms and conditions set forth here. If you do not agree with any of our terms and conditions, please do not use any of our services or book Products. It is important to read these terms and conditions fully. You may reach out at any time to the Junglebee team via the Contact page if you have questions.


User Accounts

To use Junglebee or book Products, users may need to create accounts or fill out forms by providing personal information such as legal name, email, address along with any other necessary information requested during the sign up process. You are responsible for all activities on your account and making sure that you have a safe and secure password.

At any time, we may close your account for any reason we wish.


Making Reservations

By making a reservation, you are agreeing to Jungle Bee, Inc. User Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Reservation and Cancellation Policy. You must also be 18 years old or older to reserve a Product. You must be legally authorized to make the booking. No fraudulent reservations are allowed, any false information or bookings will lead us to cancelling the user’s account and bookings.


Modifying Reservations

Customers may make modifications to their reservations such as changing the date and time or switching to another Product as long as the change is made at least 48 hours before the Product start date and time. Any changes made within 48 hours are subject to Junglebee’s review and the service providers involved but there are no guarantees. Changes made within 48 hours of the Product start time are subject to the Cancellation Policy of the tour.


Cancelling Reservations

Reservations being cancelled are subject to the Cancellation policy indicated at the time the reservation was made. This can be found on the Product details page and at the bottom of the booking form, clearly indicated, before creating a booking.


Payments

Jungle Bee, Inc. accepts payments via credit card such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Credit card payments are processed via a secure third-party payment processor. When paying via credit card, the full amount of the reservation is charged at the time the reservation is made.

Other payment options may be present during the time of the booking which can change at any time.


International Reservations

When booking a Product that is international or crosses borders, it is up to you to bring the required passport, travel documents, visas and insurance. Jungle Bee, Inc. is not liable or responsible of providing the necessary travel and insurance documents.


Our Liability

This is an important section of this agreement, please make sure you read it carefully. If you do not agree or understand, please seek assistance before using our services or making a booking.

Information, product details, service provider information, software and website related to us may contain errors. We do not guarantee accuracy and disclaim all liability shouldthere be any errors. Jungle Bee, Inc. Use of our services, software, Products, information or website are provided without warranty.

Jungle Bee, Inc disclaims all warranties that our servers, software and emails are free of viruses or harmful scripts or items.

In no case or event will an officer, director or affiliate of Jungle Bee, Inc. be liable for loss or damage directly or indirectly resulting of booking a Product or service on our website or software or distribution network.

Our third-party service providers providing Products and services via Junglebee’s platform and website are third party contractors and service providers fulfilling Product orders and not our employees. Jungle Bee, Inc. is not liable for any errors, omissions, acts, breach, misconduct, deceit, negligence, warranties, representations by such Service providers or for any personal injuries, death or other damages and expenses from using Products fulfilled by such Service providers. Jungle bee, Inc is not responsible and has no liability for any delay, cancellation, force majeure, strike, overbooking or causes beyond our direct control that affect reservations and customers concerned.

If Jungle Bee, Inc. is found liable for any damages or loss by using the website or a booking or Products, then liabilities by us will not exceed the transactional value of the booking related to the claim or $150 USD.


Jurisdiction

Jungle Bee, Inc. is a U.S. company and this agreement is governed by the laws of Newark, Delaware, USA.
